摘要 以硬脂酸、二乙烯三胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料,氟化钠为催化剂,苯作溶剂,经过二步合成了织物柔软剂二硬脂酰胺乙基环氧丙基氯化铵,在实验条件下确定了合成的最佳条件。实验结果表明,第一步反应条件为:反应温度为155~160℃,反应时间4.5h,催化剂用量为0.14g,硬脂酸与二乙烯三胺物质的量的比为2:1.1;第二步反应条件:60mL苯,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2.5h,1,7-二硬脂酰二乙烯三胺与环氧氯丙烷物质的量的比为1:1.05。在此条件下,反应温度低、时间短,不易引发副反应。 By two step reactions, di(stearylamidoethyl) epoxypropyl ammonium chloride was synthesized from stearic acid, divinyl triamine and epoxy chloropropane with sodium fluoride as catalyst and benzene as solvent. According to the experimental results, optimum conditions of the synthesis were determined and developed. The result shows: In the first step, temperature of reaction is 155-160℃, time of reaction is 4.5 h, the catalyst is 0.14 g, the molar ratio of stearic acid and divinyl triamine is 2:1.1. In the second step, benznen is 60 mL, temperature of reaction is 80℃, time of reaction is 2.5 h, the molar ratio of 1,7-distearyl divinyl triamine and epoxy chloropropane is 1:1.05. Under these conditions, the reaction temperature is low and time is short, therefore by-products will not be formed.
