中国石油近期新区油气勘探成果及面临的挑战与前景展望

Petro China's Recent Oil and Gas Exploration Results in New Area and Prospect for Future Development

随着1998年中国石油、中国石化的大重组,中国油气勘探的格局发生了重大变化,三大油公司将面临国内外激烈的竞争局面。目前,从油气资源、储量、产量拥有量来看,中国石油在国内几大油公司中均处于主导地位,与国际油公司相比也具有较强的竞争实力。针对中国石油的勘探状况,通过加强分层次的综合地质研究工作、加强地震技术攻关和地震准备工作、加大先进适用主导勘探技术的应用等行之有效的措施,新区勘探近期取得了一大批重要发现和成果,为提高中国石油上游业务价值的成长性起到了至关重要的作用。但是,中国石油所辖探区经过近半个世纪的勘探工作,主要含油气盆地的勘探程度日益提高,勘探难度日趋加大,新区勘探工作所面临的挑战仍将非常严峻,只要继续坚持近期形成的一套行之有效的做法,扎扎实实地做好前期准备工作,新区勘探将会不断获得新的发现。

Great changes have taken place in the exploration situation of PetroChina since restructuring of CNPC and Sinopec in 1998. The country's three oil giants are facing intense competition both at home and abroad. Currently, PetroChina has a dominant position among the Chinese oil companies in terms of oil and gas resources, reserves and output. It has a relatively strong competitiveness as compared to international oil companies. PetroChina has achieved a number of important discoveries and results in exploration of new areas through the effective measures for comprehensive geological research, seismic technological study and preparations and wider application of advanced and suitable exploration technology. Those results hold the key to promoting the growth of PetroChina's upstream business. However, the operational areas of PetroChina are becoming increasingly difficult for exploration because those areas have come under exploration for half a century. The exploration degree is increasingly high in the main oil and gas basins. The exploration work in the new areas also faces serious challenge. New discoveries will be certainly made in the new exploration areas so long as a series of effective measures are taken for the preliminary preparations.
