Role of Economic and Technological Factors in Process of Turning Reserves into Assets-Determination of minimum economic limitation on oil and gas production

根据国内外建立储量经济下限的方法与典型实例,提出储量经济下限的确定不仅和经济有关,而且也与技术有关,应用经济和技术的组合可以提高储量的经济价值,并使边际储量升级为可采储量。这对于我国储量资产化具有重要意义。

Based on the methods and typical cases in establishment of the minimum economic limitation on reserves both at home and abroad, the proposition is raised that the minimum economic limitation on reserves is not only related to the economic factors but also the technological factors. Combination of economic factors with technological factors can boost the economic value of the reserves and make the marginal reserves tum into the recoverable reserves. This is of great significance to turning the reserves into the assets in China.
