摘要
辽河曙光采油厂曙二区大凌河油藏在开采过程中 ,原油中的重质组分 (胶质、沥青质、石蜡 )和地层水中易结垢物质在近井地带沉积 ,造成油井频繁堵塞。为此研制了解堵剂DLA ,它是表面活性剂、无机和有机酸、分散剂、络合剂、缓蚀剂及其他助剂的水溶液 ,注入地层后可以剥离岩石表面的有机沉积物 ,溶蚀碳酸盐岩和无机沉积物 ,吸附在岩石上的某些组分缓慢释放 ,起阻垢作用。在大凌河油藏的 15口油井用DLA进行了 2 2井次解堵作业 ,全部成功 ,解堵作业后油井产油量和产液量增加 ,经济效益良好。通过一个典型井例 。
In the course of oil recovery from Dalinghe reservoir of district Shu 2, Shuguang, Liaohe, the precipitation of heavy petroleum constituents (resin, asphaltene, and wax) and of scaling inorganic compounds in the formation water appears in the near bore zones of production wells and leads to well plugging frequently. A reservoir blockage removal agent, DLA, is developed and composed of surfactants, inorganic and organic acids, dispersant, comlexing agent, corrosion inhihitor, and other ingredients in aqueous solution. The compounded reservoir treating fluid DLA, after being squeezed into the aimed zones, strips from the rock surfaces organic precipitates and dissolves carbonatestone mineral and inorganic precipitates and some ingredients adsorbed onto the rock can be released gradually and thus prevent from precipitation again. The reservoir blockage removing treatments with fluid DLA are performed in 15 wells of Dalinghe reservoir 22 well times with technological success and economical benefit: the oil and liquid production of these wells is increased after these treatments. The blockage removal with fluid DLA and its results are presented in terms of a well case.
