摘要 YH98 0 7是针对东濮凹陷各油藏复杂的地层条件 ,为高含水油井堵水研制的水硬性可凝固颗粒堵剂。以浆液 90℃凝结时间和凝结体强度 (以针入度值表示 )为指标 ,确定了 3种组分用量的可调节范围 :2 %~ 8%氧化钙 (5 0~ 10 0目 ) ,8%~ 30 %油井水泥 (D级 ) ,5 %~ 2 5 %增强剂 (2 0 0目 ) ,其他组分的用量为 :3%膨润土 (粒径 5 μm ) ,0 .2 %缓凝剂 ,其余为水。适当配方堵剂浆液随温度的升高 (70~ 12 0℃ ) ,凝结时间逐渐缩短 (5~ 1h) ,针入度逐渐减小 (2 2~ 14 ) ;随浆液 pH值的升高 (4~ 12 ) ,90℃凝结时间和凝结体针入度基本不变 ,特别是在 pH值 6~ 12范围完全不变 ;随浆液NaCl含量增加 (0 %~ 35 % ) ,这两项测定值变化很小 ;在 90℃放置 6个月后针入度值保留率大于90 % ;在不同渗透率 (33~ 136 μm2 )人造岩心上 (直径 2 .5cm ,长约 6cm) ,在 90℃凝结后堵水率大于 90 % ,突破压力不小于 0 .5MPa。在中原胡状、马寨、文留等油田用YH98 0 7实施油井堵水 15井次 ,工艺成功率 10 0 % ,有效率93% ,平均有效期 183天。简介了选井原则。 YH98 07 is a hydratable/settable slurry of compounded particulated material from water shutoff in high water cut production wells and developed to meet the complicated reservoir conditions in Dongpu depression, Zhongyuan. On the basis of slurry setting time at 90℃, t s, and set material penetration index, I p (relative strength), the use level ranges of 3 components are established as follows: 2-9% powdered CaO (50-100 mesh), 8-30% oilwell cement of grade D, and 5-25% reinforcer (200 mesh) with 3% bentonite of particle size 5 μm and 0.2% setting retarder added. For a slurry of mean formula (5% CaO, 15% cement, 15% reinforcer, 3% bentonite, and 0.2% retarder), t s and I p decrease from 5 to 1 h and 22 to 14, respectively, when temperature increases from 70 to 120℃; t s (90℃) and I p practically do not change at pH value 4-12 and keep stable at pH value 6-12; the 2 characteristics change very little when NaCl content varying from 0 to 35%; the set material maintains >90% of strength ( I p value) after being aged at 90℃ in 6 months; water plugging rate of >90% and breakthrough pressure ≥0.5 MPa are observed in plugging experiments on φ2.5×6 cm artificial cores of different permeability (33-136 μm 2). At Huzhuang, Mazhai, Wenliu and other oil fields of Zhongyuan the slurry YH98 07 was used for water control 15 well times with technological successfulness of 100%, effectivencess of 93%, and response time of 183 days in average. The principles of well selection, operational technology and results of water plugging treatment in 1 well are described briefly.
