On the Social Coordinating System of Socialist Market Economy

在转轨时期的经济中 ,要解决那些市场和政府解决不了或解决不好的社会和经济问题 ,必须在市场调节与政府调控之外 ,建立和完善社会协调机制。只有当社会协调与市场调节和政府调控同时并用、相互配合、各司其责并充分发挥作用时 ,社会主义市场经济才会健康、高效。

During the shifting of economic form, there are social and economic problems that can not be solved by market or government. So in addition to market regulation and government control, social coordinating system should be set up and perfected. Only when social coordination market regulation and government control all play their full role can social market economy develop efficiently and rapidly.
