迹象表明 ,石油企业专业技术工人已开始出现资源短缺和年龄断层现象 ,要解决以上问题 ,首先应转变观念构建石油工人勘探开发企业后备工人培养基地 ;确立培养模式 ;
Now there have existed the phenomena of the shortage and the age fault of skilled workers in petroleum enterprises. For solving the problem, we should change our ideas, construct the training base of reserve workers and define the training model.
