摘要
降膜蒸发器中存在的污垢问题是蒸发器研究的主要难题之一。提出了自动清洗式降膜蒸发器的设计思路 ,通过试验模型对其工作原理和清洗效果进行研究。结果表明 ,自动清洗式降膜蒸发器可实现线上清洗 。
Scaling and fouling are the main problems in evaporating operation. Fall-film evaporator with on-line cleaning system was invented and its cleaning performance was researched with model test. The test result has demonstrated that the scaling and fouling by the new evaporator can be controlled on line at low level during its operation.
