Prefabrication technologies of sprial guide rails of 7000 m^3 wet-type gas tank

通过对气柜导轨使用机理分析及近似曲率的计算 ,制定了预制导轨的新工艺 ,安装时与原工艺进行了数据比较 ,结果证明新工艺简便 。

Based on the analysis of working principle of guide rails in gas tank and a approximate value of its curvature,a new technology of guide rails prefabrication is worked out.It's proved to be effective and feasible.
