气井在长期的生产过程中 ,由于受各种因素的影响 ,气井井口及输气管线潜在着损坏甚至破裂的重大隐患 ,为了保证气田生产安全 ,避免环境污染 ,开发研制了一种实用而经济的天然气井井口及输气管线安全保护装置 ,它是应用压差原理 ,当下游管线或附件出现异常跑气时 ,可自动截断气源 ,有效防止恶性事故发生。该装置性能可靠、维护方便、投产及运行成本低廉。已纳入长庆气田设计规范 ,并已推广应用了 2 2
There are potential dangers in natural gas wellhead and gas transportation pipelines over a long-term process of natural gas well. In order to ensure safe production and avoid environmental pollution, a kind of practical and economical safety protection installation has been developed. Applying the priciple of pressure differential, It can shut natural gas off automatically and immediately when gas leakage occures so as to prevent accident effectively. This installation is reliable and convenient and cheap, It has been included in design standard of Changqi Oilfield, and there have been 226 sets in operation so far.
