现有增压注水设备所面临的主要问题是高压动密封 ,目前国内对高压动密封尚无很好的解决方法。采用磁力传动技术 ,将高压动密封变为静密封 ,很好地解决了现有注水设备密封结构的弊端 ,文章阐述了磁传动增压注水泵磁力传动器的结构原理 ,磁路设计 。

The main problem with existing booster pump is the dynamic mechanical seal failure.There is no good solution to the problem by far in China.The new pump adopts a magnetic driver,solve the problem with the existing booster pump by replacing the dynamic seal with a static seal.This document introduces the principle of the magnetic driver,the design for magnetic circuit,seal sleeve and bearings.
