ZJ15型钻机底座水平方向模态试验研究

Research on horizontal modal tests of model ZJ15 substructure

在ZJ1 5型钻机底座的相似模型上进行了水平方向模态试验 ,通过传递函数及模态分析 ,对其水平方向的动态特性进行了研究。研究表明 ,传动底座的联接方式及松紧程度对整个结构的模态频率并无太大影响 ,难以通过改变其联接方式及松紧程度来大幅度改变整个结构水平方向的模态频率。对ZJ1 5型钻机底座的制造提出了建议 。

A research on dynamic characteristics of model ZJ15 substructure in horizontal direction has been accomplished by modal tests and analysis.The results show that style and degree of tightness of connection of the transmission base can not change the modal frequencies of entirely structure significantly,so it is difficult to move or change the modal frequencies of the entirely structure in a wide range by altering the style and degree of tightness of connection of the transmission base.Suggestion on manufacture of ZJ15 rig substructure is given,which is that the rotate speed of equipment on the rig substructure should be defined according to its modal frequencies.
