石油库储存区灭火器配置探讨

Problem Discussion on Equipment of Extinguisher in Tank Farms

针对《石油库设计规范》、《石油化工企业设计防火规范》中有关石油库内建筑物或构筑物灭火器配置规定个别条文相互抵触的情况,指出了在石油库内建筑物或构筑物灭火器配置计算中存在的问题,依据石油库管理要求和石油火灾特性,重点对石油库储存区内建筑物或构筑物配置灭火器类型、保护面积、保护距离、配备数量和配置点的选择进行了探讨。

In the light of conflict between 《Design Code of Tank Farm》 and《Design and Fire Control Code of Petrochemical Enterprises》in some sentences on the equipment of extinguisher in buildings or structures of tank farm,the author describes the problems existed in these aspects. Based on the daily management requirements of tank farm and fire behavior of petroleum,a discussion on the equipment of extinguisher in tank farm about types of extinguisher, controlling area, protection distance, number of extinguisher e-quipped and installation position is made.
