摘要
在某油库库20000m^3浮顶油罐举升的过程中,利用专门研制的举升安全监测系统,对举升过程中作用于罐壁的垂直提升力和水平作用力以及罐壁重要受力部位的应力进行了同步监测。经过数据分析,揭示了罐壁应力变化、分布与传递的内在规律,为确保今后油罐举升方案的制定和安全实施提供了科学依据。
A specially developed lifting monitoring system is used to a 20 000 m3 floating roof tank for the purpose of stress monitoring and data collection. The stress monitored includes vertical force,horizontal force and stress on the tank wall. Based on the data analysis results,the laws of the stress change,distribution and transfer are primarily revealed,which can provide a scientific fundament for tank lifting in scenario and safety.
