摘要
从牛脊髓髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)分离出三种MBP片段;建立了脑脊液MBP片段的酶联免疫检测法.初步临床研究表明,脑脊液MBP片段P1有重要的临床意义,与完整MBP相比,其诊断灵敏度明显提高。
The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) for Myelin Basic Protein (MBP) fragments (termed as MBP-P1, MBP-P2 and MBP-P3) were developed in present study. The intact MBP and MBP fragments in cerebrospinal fluid were detected in 34 patients-with Multiple Sclerosis(MS)and 30 patients with other neurological disorders ( OND). The results demonstrated that, only MBP-Pl and intact MBP were there being a significant difference between patients with MS and control subjects (p<0.01). The diagnostic sensitivity of MBP-Pl (76%)was higher than that of MBP (62%), the levels of MBP-Pl was the highest in MS group, and there was close correlation between levels of MBP-P1 and Millar's score (r = 0.730, p< 0.05). We consider that the MBP-P1 in cerebrospinal fluid is a useful laboratory index of demyelination in MS
