儿童血清前白蛋白测定在病毒性肝炎中的临床意义

用Lavorell氏火箭电泳法和改良Lane氏法检测20名健康儿童及48例病毒性肝炎的双份血清前白蛋白（PA），结果表明PA的下降与肝损害程度密切相关；经治疗后PA的回升与肝功能的恢复平行；PA持续下降者预后凶险。

This Study reporte the determion of double serum preal-bumin (PA) by LA VORELL'sim m unol dif fusion-elect ropphoresis and improved LANE's Test in 20 healthy children and 48 virus hepa-titic patients. The results showed that low levels of PA had closely related with the severityvof liver damage.
