用液相色谱仪对中药组方后肽含量的变化进行了研究.筛选出了肽含量最高的组方,并在验证古方的基础上确定了新方.

This paper deals with the suite of Chinese traditional medicine by mesns of high performance liquid chromatography. The amount of peptide in the mixture of Chinese traditional medicine slightly changed when each part of A, B or C changed. The highest amount of peptide, howeve, does exist. So the best suite is found.
