摘要
介绍了 80kW永磁同步电动机的设计要点 ,阐明了永磁材料的选取及磁钢的结构特点与电动机性能的关系 ,根据试验中出现的温升及效率方面的问题 ,分析了温升高、效率低的原因 ,提出了解决问题的优化措施 。
The paper describes the key problems on designing 80kW permanent-magnet synchronous motor, clarifies the selection of permanent-magnet matieral and the relation between the structure of magnet-steel and the character of the motor .It also analyses the cause of higher temperature and lower efficiency. Some measures to optimize the motor design are put forward,the testing results are presented. The results show that the character of the motor is improved greatly.
