摘要
探讨了离子沉淀法提取茶多酚的最佳工艺。通过正交试验确定了最佳浸提方案,进而确定以Zn2+做沉淀剂,选用NaHCO3溶液调pH=7,沉淀浓缩液中的茶多酚;酸溶沉淀后以乙酸乙酯萃取,提取率可达21.71%。
This paper studied the preferred precipitation technology for preparing tea polyphenols(TP).The optimal operation conditions of soaking TP from green tea was found by orthogonal experiment,and the preferred conditions of precipitation method are:Zn2+ as precipitant,regulate pH value to 7 with NaHCO3. Extracting TP from hydrochloric acid conversion solution, we obtained crude TP, and the extraction rate of TP reaches 21.72%.
