米非司酮用于足月引产对新生儿血浆皮质醇的影响

Effects of mifepriston on plasma corticosteroid in full-term infants with induction of labor

目的 :研究米非司酮对足月引产新生儿血浆皮质醇的影响。方法 :将 60例孕妇随机分为米非司酮治疗组和对照组 ,每组各 3 0例 ,治疗组口服米非司酮 5 0mg ,每日 1次 ,连服 3d ,对照组用缩宫素 2 .5U静脉滴注 3d。 60例新生儿出生后第 3天抽血双盲检测血浆皮质醇。结果 :治疗组 3 0例新生儿血浆皮质醇升高 18例 (60 % ) ,对照组新生儿血浆皮质醇升高 10例 (3 3 % ) ,两组比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ,差异有显著意义。结论 :产妇口服米非司酮引产可使新生儿血浆皮质醇明显升高。

Objective To study the effects of mifepristone tablets on plasma corticosteroid in the full term infants with induction of labor.Methods 60 cases of full term pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was 30 cases taking 50?mg·d -1 of mifepristone tablets for three days.The contrast group was 30 maternities with intravenous injection 2.5?U of oxytocin for three days.The plasma corticosteroid of 60 samples was blind randomly tested in full term infants on the third day after delivery.Results In treatment group plasma corticosteroid of 18 infants was increase,12 cases was normal.In contrast group plasma corticosteroid of 10 cases was increased and the others were normal.There was significant difference between two groups ( P <0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone tablets for induction of labor in pregnant women led to significant increase of plasma corticosteroid in the full term infants.
