摘要 复发和转移是影响肿瘤患者预后的主要因素。血液等成分正常情况下不表达上皮细胞的组成成分如癌胚抗原 (CEA)、细胞角蛋白 (CKs)和上皮膜抗原 (EMA) ,以编码特异性上皮性蛋白的mRNA作为靶基因 ,通过分子生物学技术 (RT PCR)检测血液中的循环肿瘤细胞 ,可提高肿瘤病理TNM分期的正确性 ,有助于临床治疗方案的选择及预后的判断。 Recurrence and metastasis continue to pose major problem in the treatment of cancer.To use RT PCR assay for the expression of the epithelial specific markers,such as CEA,CKs and EMA,can detect epithelial derived tumor cells in the circulation,which promote accuracy in assessing the status of cancers,and provide useful information for the clinical management.The molecular detection of circulating tumor cells may be of prognostic value.
