HPLC法测定莲芝消炎胶囊中穿心莲内酯的含量

Determination of the andrographolide in Lianzhixiaoyan capsules by HPLC

建立了测定莲芝消炎胶囊中穿心莲内酯含量的HPLC法。色谱条件为 :Diamonsil-C1 8柱 ,ψ(甲醇 ∶水 ) =60∶ 40为流动相 ,流速 0 .8mL min ,检测波长 2 2 5nm ,柱温为室温。穿心莲内酯在 43 .6～ 2 61 .6μg mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9998) ,平均回收率 98.1 % ,RSD =1 .98%。

A RP HPLC method for the determination of andrographolide in Lianzhixiaoyan capsules was established. A Diamonsil C 18 column was used,with the mobile phase of methanol water(60 ∶ 40). The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. The concentration of andrographolide was linearly related to its peak area in the range of 43.6～261.6 μg/mL,and the average recovery was 98.1%,with RSD of 1.98%.
