摘要
目的 :建立法莫替丁微乳口服液中法莫替丁的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶 ,以 ψ(甲醇 ∶水∶磷酸∶三乙胺 ) =1 6∶84∶0 .0 1 4 ∶0 .0 1 9为流动相 ,检测波长 2 65nm ,测定该制剂中法莫替丁的含量。结果 :线性范围 2 .5~ 30 μg mL ,r=0 .9998,平均回收率为 97.63 % ,RSD为 0 .72 % (n =3)。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 。
Objective:To establish an accurate method for the determination of famotidine in the oral solution of famotidine microemulsion.Method:The HPLC method employed a RP C 18 column,with ψ (methanol ∶water∶phosphoric acid∶ triethylamine )=16 ∶84∶ 0.014∶ 0.019 as the mobile phase.The wave length of detection was 265 nm.Result: The linear range was 2.5~30 μg/mL ( r =0.9998).The average recovery was 97.63%, RSD was 0.72%( n =3).Conclusion:The method was convenient,rapid,accurate and suitable for assay of famotidine in the preparation.
