气相色谱法测定薄荷水(浓)和薄荷油中薄荷脑的含量

Determination of menthol in menthence solution(concentrated) and menthence by gas chromatography

目的 :建立测定薄荷水 (浓 )和薄荷油中薄荷脑的含量测定的气相色谱法。方法 :在 2 0 %PEG - 2 0M色谱柱上 ,柱温 1 50℃ ,进样器和检测器温度均为 2 30℃。结果 :线性范围 1 .0～ 5 .0mg/mL ,平均回收率 1 0 0 .6 % ,RSD =0 .48% (n=6)。结论 :本法简单、快速、结果准确 ,可用作薄荷水 (浓 )

Objective:A method was established for the determination of menthol in menthence solution(concentrated) and menthence. Methods:A 20%PEG 20M colomn was used,the temparature of column was 150 ℃,and the sampling and detector was 230 ℃. Result:The standard curve was linear over the range of 1.0～5.0 mg/ml,the average recovery was 100.6%,with RSD of 0.48%( n =6). Conclusion:The method is rapid,sensitive and accurate,can be used to control the quality of menthence solution(concentrated) and improve the quality standard.
