反相高效液相色谱法测定阴泰洗液中替硝唑的含量

Determination of tinidazole in yintai solution by RP-HPLC

目的 :测定阴泰洗液中替硝唑的含量。方法 :反相高效液相色谱法。Nova PakC1 8色谱柱 ,ψ(甲 醇∶水∶冰醋酸 ) =1 0 ∶90∶0 .1为流动相 ,检测波长为 31 0nm。结果 :阴泰洗液中替硝唑的含量在 2 0～1 0 0 μg mL浓度范围内线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999)。平均回收率 1 0 1 .2 % (n=5 ,RSD =1 .1 6 % )。结论 :本法简便、快速。

Objective:To determine the content of tinidazole in yintai solution. Methods:RP HPLC was used. Nova Pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was ψ (methanol ∶water∶glacial acetic acid) =10∶90∶ 0.1. The UV detection wavelength was 310 nm. Results:There was a good liner relationship within the concentration range of 20～100 μg/mL of tinidazole in yintai solution ( r= 0.9998).The average recovery was 101.2%( n=5,RSD =1.16%).Conclusions:This method is simple,fast and accurative.
