604例住院死亡病例分析

The Mortality Analysis of 604 Inpatients

目的 :分析住院病人死亡原因。方法 :对 6 0 4例住院死亡患者疾病诊断、年龄与性别等指标进行相关的统计和分析。结果 :在 6 0 4例住院死亡患者中 ,恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统、外伤和脑血管疾病构成了住院死亡率的主要疾病 ,构成比依次为 :17.2 %、17.1%、16 .6 %、16 .2 % ,占全部死亡数的 6 7.0 %。

Objective: To explore the dead causse in our hospital from 1996 to 2000. Methods: The data such as disease diagnosis,age and sex of 604 dead patients was analyzed by computer. Results: The four leading causes of deaths were malignant tumor, respiratory diseases, trauma and cerebrovascular diseases,accounted for 67.0% of all deaths.the percentage was 17.2%?17.1%?16.6%?16.2%,respectively. Conclusion: It is suggested that all medical workers should attach importance to the leading diseases of deaths.
