子宫内膜热疗术治疗功能失调性子宫出血——附24例分析

Evaluation on Twenty-four Women with Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Hydrothermablator

目的 :探讨子宫内膜热疗术在治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床应用及有效性和安全性。方法 :采用国外某公司子宫内膜热疗仪对 2 4例功能失调性子宫出血、月经量过多的患者进行治疗 ,并观察其临床使用情况及疗效。结果 :患者平均年龄 4 1岁 ,术后门诊随访 3～ 7个月 ,经量较治疗前减少 1/ 3者 2 1例 ,有效率 87% ,其中经量明显减少 1/ 2者 16例 ,占 6 7% ,3例月经量减少不明显 ,经第二次治疗后经量减少 1/ 3～ 1/ 2 ,无术中和术后并发症发生。结论 :子宫内膜热疗术为治疗功能失调性子宫出血的有效方法之一 ,临床操作简便、安全 ,无手术并发症。

Objective: To assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of hydrothermablation in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB). Methods: Twenty-four dysfunctional women with recurring menorrhagia were treated and analyzed with hydrothermablator (HTA) imported from USA. Results: Patients mean age was 41 years old. The follow-up time was 3～7 months. One patient had amenorrhea and 20 decreased one-third or ceased pathologic blood flow. Total effective rate was 87%. Three women underwent second HTA because of menorrhagia. All of them decreased one-third to half bleeding. No short-term or long-term adverse effects occurred in patients. Conclusion: Hydrothermablation is a safe and effective method to treat recurrent menorrhagia of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
