从国际比较角度看“双师型”职教师资培养 被引量:27

On Developing Vocational Teachers of "Double Type"from the View of International Comparision

摘要 目前,我国虽已建设了一批职业技术师范院校和职教师资培养培训基地,并多次提出依托高等工科院校培养"双师型"职教师资,但职教界对"双师型"的含义还十分模糊,对高等工科院校开展职教师资培养缺乏深入系统的理论研究。本文基于中德两国政府合作在同济大学职业技术教育学院开展的"职教师资培养项目",提出"双师型"的内涵,研究"双师型"职教师资的素质结构,以确定其培养目标、培养要求和评价指标。 China has set up a couple of training centers for vocational teachers,and suggested that some universities and colleges of science and tech nology provide education or training programs for vocational teachers of'double type'.But to pre sent time ,the vocational education circles have not been very clear about what'Double type'is,the systematic theory research is not enough on how universities and colleges of science and tech nology carry teachers education or training programs in our country.This article is based on the project of'Vocational Teacher Education'cooperated by Chinese government and German government ,which has been carrying out now in vocational and technical education college of Tongji university.It analyses the intension of'double type'and the quality structure of the vocational teachers of its type for us to make its objects,requirements and evaluation indi cators.
