摘要
Law is but morolity concretized and at its lowest level,and it is just composed of some concrete,specific and detailed regulations.Law itself does not have any principles.The takes moral principles as its principles.Principles of law,such as justice,equality,freedom,etc,are not law but morality,so,on the whole,all social activities are in the final analysis therealization of morality of a certain kind.Therefor,althongh the morality of a society is in itself a were scrap of powper,which is weak and powerless and is not the fundamental cause of social development and progression,yet what kind of morality a society practises determines whether or not the society can develop and progress:good morality helps a society progres while bad morality makes a society stagnate.
