In 1994, techno MBA programs emerged in America.It has become popular gradually, and is been welcomed by many firms.The feature and the experience of techno MBA in America are described in the paper.The authors also point out the relationship and difference of traditional MBA and techno MBA program.Finally, the difficulty in the education of techno MBA in china is discussed from four aspects: faculty, textbook, new pedagogic tools and skills, and training on practical competence.
