试论我国员工持股制度的实施

员工持股制度的操作和实施是一个复杂的过程。在其实施过程中 ,必须遵循科学的操作程序 ,如对企业进行前期诊断 ,对受益对象进行调查分析 ,对资产进行评估 ,决定受让股份和认购形式 ,制订认购股权申请书 ,成立员工持股会等 ,并同步实行企业管理变革 。

The operation and enforcement of the employee stock ownership system is a complicated process.Therefore we should follow scientific procedures such as diagnosis of enterprises in advance,investigation and analysis of beneficiaries,assessment of assests,agreement on shares and purchase,design of application form of purchase,foundation of the board of shareholders while carrying out reforms of management simultaneously so as to build a modern enterprise system.
