当今世界 ,科学技术突飞猛进 ,知识经济已见端倪 ,传统的教育体制、模式与内容已不能适应教育发展的要求 ,取而代之的应是以创新为核心的素质教育。高等学校必须转变思想观念 ,克服传统“守成教育”的种种弊病 ,大力实施创新教育 。

In today's world, science and technology are advancing rapidly and knowledge economy has taken shape. Traditional education system, pattern and contents cannot meet the needs of the development of education, so the quality education, taking innovation as its core, has to be put in practice. Institutions of higher education must change the old ideas, overcome the disadvantages of stick to convention education, make great efforts to carry out innovation education and make contribution to revitalization of the Chinese nation.
