摘要
在企业市场化、建立现代市场委托—代理关系的过程中 ,我国企业仍然要坚持集体主义价值观 ,建立以集体主义为主导的企业文化。这不仅为社会主义公有制所决定 。
In the process of the market based enterprises and the establishment of trust agency relation in modern market,the enterprises of our country still should uphold values of collectivism to establish the enterprise culture taking collectivism as the leading factor. That's not only decided for the socialist public ownership, but also the internal requirement of the enterprises' existence and development under the conditions of market economy.
