摘要
对行业企业的技术进步评价方法进行了综述性研究 ,特别对现在没有完全解决的多投入项多产出项的行业企业的技术进步评价问题 。
The paper has surveyed the assessment method of industrial technical progress, with special attention attached to the issue of the assessment of technical progress of industrial enterprises with the multi input and multi output. Such an issue is considered to be not thoroughly tackled at present. In the paper is presented an approach to assess by analyzing the non parameter production forefront.
