摘要
从公务员制度规范出发 ,选取了美、英、日、法、德等发达国家的公务员制度作为参照系 ,通过与中国公务员制度进行对比分析 ,指出中国公务员制度存在的不足之处 ,并且结合中国国情和公务员制度发展趋势 ,提出了具体的建议 ,以期取长补短 。
Choosing Hesperian civil servant system (e.g. American, British, French, Germany, and Japanese) as reference, the text, from landscape orientation, compares them to our country's civil servant system. Analyzing their advantage and disadvantage and developing trend, it wants to learn from others' strong points to offset one's weakness, and benefits to the reformation and development of Chinese civil servant system.
