摘要
股票期权的优势在于可抑制短期行为 ,降低激励成本 ,削弱企业家产生机制非市场化所带来的缺陷 ,为企业集聚优秀人才提供了一种有效的制度环境。股票期权的激励效率取决于资本市场和经理市场的效率 。
The advantage of the Executive Stock Option(ESO) system not only liesin restrain short-time behavior, but reduce the encouraging cost. The defect of non-market system of producing entrepreneurs shall be weakened to offer a valid environment for companies to attract talented persons. The encouraging efficiency of ESO is decided by the efficiency of the capital market and manager market, and is influenced by the policy, regulation and economic situation.
