对大众型高等教育的思考

The Consideration of Popular Model of Highter Education

以知识为基础的新经济时代需要我国高等教育由精英型转变为大众型。但是 ,在数量适度超前发展的同时 ,还必须高度重视高校特色化的教育和教学质量的提高。否则 ,高校扩招难以为继 ,无法实现高等教育向大众型的转型 ,也难以应对我国教育国际化的进程。更严重的是造成教育资源的浪费 。

Based on the knowledge,the new economic era requires Chinas higher education to transform from essence type to popular mode.However,when the speed overgrows properly,we should highly pay attention to raising educational and teaching quality with characteristics of high learning institutions,overwise,we cant keep the speed of development of admission and realize the transforming higher education into popular model and deal with the international process of Chinas education.Furthermore it may waste educational resources and cant meet the need of sustained development of economy for talents with high level.
