摘要 厚壁圆筒滚针轴承保持架大小槽的车削,一般分两个工步进行,成本高,效率低,质量不稳定。通过对刀具和夹刀器的改进,即大槽车刀改为高速钢刀,两个刀具使用统一的夹刀器和对刀样板,加工大小槽可一次完成。附图3幅。 The turning method, for both the large and small grooves on thick wall cylindrical type cage of needle roller bearing is divided into two steps, but she cost is higher, efficiency is lower and the quality is not stable. After through some improvements for toll and it's clamp, i, e, adopting high speed steel tool for large groove, unified clamp and tool checking sample plate for both two tools, then both the two grooves can de finished one time .
