摘要
厚壁圆筒滚针轴承保持架大小槽的车削,一般分两个工步进行,成本高,效率低,质量不稳定。通过对刀具和夹刀器的改进,即大槽车刀改为高速钢刀,两个刀具使用统一的夹刀器和对刀样板,加工大小槽可一次完成。附图3幅。
