摘要
变速传动轴承是既有减速箱的变速功能,又具有滚动轴承支承功能的特殊轴承。它具有传动效率高、噪声低、结构受力合理、极强的过载和抗冲击载荷能力以及使用特别安全等优点。文章重点介绍了变速传动轴承的特点、传动原理、数学模型的建立和整个CAD系统的结构及功能。附图4幅,参考文献5篇。
The shifting drive bearing is a special bearing which poss-esses both the shifting and the supporting function. This bearing has the characteristics of higher drive efficiency low noise, reasonable design for force, very strong capacity of anti-impact and over load, as well as special safety. The trait, drive principle, set up of mathematical model and the function and structure of whole CAD system are introduced im-Phatically in this paper.
