摘要
当前对“以德治国”的理解存在着一些认识上的错误。“以德治国”根本不同于传统儒家的“德治” ,“以德治国”与“依法治国”结合于社会主义法治国家 ,是社会主义法治的内在要求 ,“以德治国”的落实主要在于制度道德的建设 ,而不仅仅限于公民个体道德的培育。
There exists a misconception of 'running a country by virtue', which differs drastically from the Confucianist doctrine of 'rule of virtue'. 'Running a country by virtue' is integrated with 'rule by law' to be a part of socialist system, with the former focusing on the moral construction of the social system rather than the cultivation of the individual moral behavior.
