摘要
学习型组织是一种全新的管理理论 ,它最早在企业管理中使用并卓有成效。无论是企业的发展还是社会的发展最终都要取决于人才尤其是创新型人才的不断造就 ,而这又不得不取决于教育的发展尤其是教师的素质状况。研究表明 ,只有将富有生机和活力的理论运用于教育管理之中 ,提高教师管理的质量和效益 ,才有可能更充分地发挥它的效能 ,也才能更好地造就人才以便在更大程度上和更广范围内服务于企业 。
The theory of learning type organization, as a brand new theory of administration, has been widely applied to the enterprise administration. Further, the development of both enterprises and the whole society ultimately relies on talents with creative mind,whose training clearly depends on the education level, in particular the quality of teaching faculties. This paper is focused on the application of the learning type organization theory to the administration of teachers. Results show that this application is essential to improve the quality of faculties, which in turn can develop the potential abilities of teachers, and consequently create talented graduates in order to contribute more to the enterprises, the society as a whole.
