摘要 (t) 以滚动体直径尺寸△=10mm为基础,计算出滚动体之间无间隙及临界状态时的主要参数及k值。再以k_1值为变动系数,计算出拟定△值的各参数。按ε=(0.01~0.04)Z选定轴承的滚动体总锁量,计算出拟选总锁量的总间隙当量Js=kε。余下的总间隙量J_(max)-Js分配到每个滚动体上,计算具有间隙总量ε的轴承滚动体中心圆直径D-(ox),根据D-(ox),按0、2类标准图册选取相应轴承型号的其余尺寸。附图2幅,表1个。 On the basis of rolling element diameter =10 mm, the main parameters of the critical condition and the condition of no clearance between ro lling elements as well as the amount K can be calculated. Then use the amount K, as a varied coefficient to calculate every parameter of the predetermined va lue. According to =(0.01~0.04)Z to select general locking amount of bearing rolling-elements, then the general clearance equivalent of quasi-selected general locking amount can be calculated as Ie=Ke. The remained general clearance amount (Jmar/Je) will be distributed over every rolling element and the pitch circle diameter A of bearing rolling elements (which possesses general clearance amo unt e)will be calculated. According D the other dimensions of correspondent bearing designations can be selected from the standard design atlas for deep groove ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings.
