摘要 采用贯穿式圆锥滚子球基面磨床加工圆锥滚子的球基面时,如果滚子中心线不通过砂轮中心,则磨削后的滚子球基面形状为三点曲面;当圆锥滚子的圆锥顶点、隔离盘回转中心和砂轮圆弧母线曲率中心三点不重合时,滚子球基面的磨削为不对称磨削,磨后为四点曲面。附图6幅。 If the roller cent re line is not through the grinding wheel center during the spherical basic end face of tapered roller is ground by tap-ered roller spherical basic end face grinder with through feed method, the s-pherical basic end face form of roller will be a three-point curved surf ace af fer grinding. When the conical top point, the revolution centre of separated disc and the curvature centre of grinding wheel arc generatrix are not coin cident, the grinding of spherical basic end face of tapered roller will be an unsymmetric grinding, the spherical basic end face form of roller after grinding should be a four point curved surface.
