足下垂的腰间盘突出症

Lumbar Disc Protrusion with Foot-drop

目的 :探讨足下垂的腰间盘突出症的治疗与预后。方法 :对有 2年以上随访结果的 18例 (2 0足 )患者作回顾性总结 ,分析影响其疗效的因素。结果 :总优良率 80 .0 %。治疗结果与病程长短密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与患者年龄、术前肌力无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :足下垂的腰间盘突出症一经确诊 ,应尽快手术 ,彻底减压。术式以椎板开窗为宜。

Objective:To study the treatment and prognosis of foot drop due to lumbar disc protrusion.Methods:Reviewing 18 cases(20 feet),whose follow up period were over 2 years,and to analyze the influence factors to curative effect.Results:Total excellent and good rate was 80.0%.It had close relationship between the curative effect and the course of disease( P <0.05),and it had no statistical significance between the curative effect and the patients age and preoperative muscle force( P >0.05).Conclusion:When the diagnosis of foot drop due to lumbar disc protrusion has been made,the operation should be performed immediately,and decrease the compression thoroughly,and the partial laminectomy is appropriatly for most of the cases.
