摘要
目的 研究苦味西葫芦 (CucurbitapepocvdayanguaLuAnmin .)的化学成分。 方法 溶剂提取 ,硅胶柱色谱分离 ,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 分离并鉴定了 7个化合物 ,为脑苷 (Ⅴ ) ,13(18) 齐墩果烯 3 醇 (Ⅵ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅳ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅲ ) ,豆甾醇 (Ⅲ ) ,硬脂酸三十二烷醇酯 (Ⅱ )和三十三烷 (Ⅰ )。 结论 均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Cucurbita pepo cv dayangua. METHOD: The compounds were isolated by means of solvent extraction and chromatography, and then elucidated by spectral analysis and Chemical evidence respectively. RESULTS: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as cerebroside ( V ), 13 (18)-oleanen-3-ol ( VI ), β-daucosterol ( IV ), β-sitosterol( III ), sfigmasterol( III ), dotriacontyl stearate ( II ), tritriacontane ( I ). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
