滨蒿不同采收期样品中3′-甲氧基蓟黄素的含量测定

Determination of cirsilineol in inflorescence of Artemisia scoparia collected at different times in autumn

目的 对滨蒿在秋季采集的样品进行 3′ 甲氧基蓟黄素含量测定 ,为提高药材质量、确定药材采收期提供依据。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,固定相ZorbaxSB ODS ,流动相甲醇 乙腈 0 .5 %醋酸水溶液 (2 4∶19∶5 7) ,检测波长 347nm。结果与结论 滨蒿在秋季生长时 ,3′ 甲氧基蓟黄素的含量在开花初期 (9月初 )

OBJECTIVE: To provide the content variation of cirsilineol for fixing the harvest of Artemisia scoparia Waldst, et Kit. in autumn. METHODS: RP-HPLC, cirsilineol was separated on a Zorbax C18 column with mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid solution (24:19:57) and detection wavelength was 347nm. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: The content of cirsilineol in the beginning of september is the highest at early flowering phase of Artemisia scoparia.
