摘要
在倾斜式扩孔机上辗扩轴承套圈时,外圈沟道的成形能力强,内圈沟道的成形能力差,不容易获得较深的沟形。在设计内圈的辗扩工艺时,为提高内圈沟道辗扩的成形能力,可采用以下方法:增大扩孔机的辗压力,提高辗扩变形时工件的温度,增大辗压辊半径或减小辗压轮半径,增大碾压比,增大辗压轮型槽的沟形深度与宽度,在推力辊和信号辊上制出与碾压轮型槽相应的沟槽。附图4幅。
When bearing rings are rolled in inclined rolling machine due to the better forming capacity for rolling outer ring raceway and the worse forming capacity for rolling inner ring raceway, the deeper groove shape of inner rings can't be gained easy. For the purpose of improving the forming capacity for rolling inner ring raceway , the following method can be adopted: increasing the rolling force; heightening the temperature of workpiece during rolling deformation; increasing the radius of rolling roller or decreasing the radius of rolling wheel; increasing the rolling ratio and the deepness and width of groove of rolling wheel; making grooves on thrust roller and signal roller in correspondence with the slot on rolling wheel.
