甲基丙烯酸全氟烷基乙酯与丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的制备

Preparation of Copolymer Emulsion of Perfluoroalkyl Ethyl Methacrylate and Acrylate

以甲基丙烯酸全氟烷基乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料 ,以丙烯酰胺为交联剂用半连续滴加法制备了共聚物乳液。讨论了含氟丙烯酸酯用量、交联剂用量、乳化剂体系对共聚反应转化率的影响。以红外光谱和共聚物中氟元素的定量分析证明共聚反应发生 ,并对乳胶膜的吸水性及耐溶剂性进行了研究。

A copolymer emulsion,based on the title perfluoroalkyl ethyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,and acrylamide as main ingredients,has been prepared.Various influencing factors were discussed.The copolymerization is characterized by infrared spectroscopic analysis.
