钛白生产中提高水洗效率的新途径

New Route to Increase Washing Efficiency during Production of Titanium Dioxide

在硫酸法钛白生产的水洗过程中 ,在洗水中加入柠檬酸 ,不仅可使Fe3 + 与柠檬酸络合 ,而且可抑制Fe3 + 的水解 ,从而缩短了水洗时间 ,明显降低水洗后偏钛酸中的铁含量。讨论了水洗时间与洗水中铁含量和pH的关系 ,以及络合剂的选择及其浓度和加入时间的确定。

During the washing process of titanium dioxide production,incorporation of nitric acid can promote the complexation of Fe 3+ with nitric acid,as well as prohibit the hydrolysis of Fe 3+ ,shortening the washing time and reducing the residual Fe contene in metatitanic acid solution after washing.The relation among the washing time,Fe content in washed water,and pH value,and the selection of complex agent ,concentration,and incorporation procedure were discussed.
