摘要
根据乙烯分解反应的机理,分析了北京燕山石油化工有限公司第二套低密度聚乙烯装置高压循环系统发生的事故原因,确认为聚乙二醇降解产物所诱发的一起分解反应事故;许对装置今后运行提出了具体防范措施。
The cause for the failure in the high pressure recycle system in the second low density polyethylene (LDPE) plant of Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was investigated based on the reaction mechanism of ethylene decomposition. It was the degradation resultant of poly (ethylene glycol) that induced the failure through decomposition reaction, as the analytical result confirmed. A specific precautionary countermeasure was set forth toward the safe operation of the LDPE plant.
